Betty Lou Crow

Betty Lou Crow, 86, died September 27, 2020 at the Sunnycrest Nursing Center in Dysart.  She was born October 10, 1933 to Cecil G. and Mary A. (Hopkins) Penniston in Ottumwa, Iowa.  She attended Ottumwa High School.  On October 27, 1951 she married Norman Crown in Ottumwa.  Betty worked at Morrels and Pioneer.  She lived in Ottumwa and moved to Hedrick in 1974. She enjoyed gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters Liz and Marge, and brother James Penniston.
She is survived by children Randy (Connie) Crow of Hedrick, Michael (Mary) Crow of Hedrick, Annett (Jim) McKim of Hedrick, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren., and sister Daisy Kennedy of Flint, Michigan.

According to the rules put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health, proper social distancing and reasonable personal protective equipment is advised for attending this public event.
