Brian Reed

Brian Scott Reed, 48, of Sigourney, died January 11, 2013, at his home. He was born June 24, 1964, in Oak Park Illinois to Ronald and Carol McKay Reed. He graduated from Payson High School in Payson, Arizona. In 1988 he moved to Marengo, Iowa and later moved to Sigourney. He worked construction for Steb Construction in Iowa City and for Cavin Concrete.
He was preceded in death by his father, a son Scott Reed, and his grandparents Iona and William McKay.
He is survived by two daughters Heidi Reed of What Cheer, Crystal Stevens of Payson, Arizona, two sons Shane Reed of Cedar Rapids, Rocky Beery of Payson, Arizona, his mother Carol Reed of Payson, Arizona, seven grandchildren, and a sister Brendalyn Rose of Payson, Arizona.

Visitation-5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Holm Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to his family.
