Dawn Burtlow

Dawn Renae Burtlow, 50, died September 10, 2017 at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City. She was born April 3, 1967 to Keith and Elaine (Roop) Blair in Sigourney, Iowa. She graduated Hedrick High School in 1985. Dawn received her register nursing degree from Indian Hills Community College. She worked as a traveling nurse, Excel in Ottumwa, a Keokuk County Public Health Nurse, and later worked for Dr. Randy Blaylock. She was a stay at home grandma, loved her family, and loved fancy cooking. She was a member of Prairie View Methodist Church and the UMW.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Ira and Letha Blair and Loyal and Virginia Roop.

She is survived by her children Blair Burtlow of Ollie, Lucas Burtlow (Adreana McGraw) of Mt. Pleasant, granddaughter Savannah Travis, parents Keith and Elaine Blair of Ollie, brother Ira Blair of Ollie, niece Taylor Blair (Travis Garrett) and their children TaLeah and Tiahna Garrett all of Richland.
