Gladys Stevens

Gladys Marie Stevens, 101, died August 26, 2012 at the Sigourney Care Center. She was born October 11, 1910 to Willie and Mrytle Sarver Lunt near Rose Hill, Iowa. She graduated from Rose Hill High School. On January 15, 1930 she married Clifford D. Stevens in Oskaloosa, Iowa. They lived and farmed near Delta. She was a member of the Delta Christian Church, Delta Garden Club, Delta Women's Country Club and other organizations.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clifford on April 29,1987, son Dennis Stevens, grandson Timothy Stevens, foster brother Raymond Huff, sister Elba Allgood.
She is survived by her daughter Coleen Crenshaw of Denver, Colorado, son Allen and his wife Shirley Stevens of Delta, 12 grandchildren, 18 great- grandchildren and many great nieces and nephew.

Funeral: Thursday 10:30 A.M. Holm Funeral Home
Visitation: Wednesday 5:00-7:00 P.M.
Burial: Forrest Cemetery - Oskaloosa, Iowa
