James Albert Orr Jr.

James Albert Orr Jr. died September 13, 2022 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney.  He was born December 18, 1950 to James Albert Orr Sr. and Genevieve Lindsey in East Saint Louis, Illinois.  He attended school in St. Louis.  James enlisted in the Army in 1974 and was honorably discharged in 1975.  He lived and worked in Ottumwa as taxi driver.  He moved to What Cheer in 2020 to be closer to his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two children, brothers Raleigh Borror and Jack Orr, and sister Pat Orr.

James is survived by his children James Albert (Auna) Orr V of Fairfield, Stephanie Orr of What Cheer, Melissa (Jconcepcion) Angeles of Cedar Rapids, Antony (Becky) Orr of Dubuque, 3 grandchildren Jazlyn, Alex, Saul Angeles, brothers Ronnie Orr of Illinois and Del Orr of Michigan.
