Justin Shy

Justin Keith Shy, 42, died April 18, 2023 at his home in St. Charles, Missouri.  He was born November 15, 1980 to Ronald and Patricia Yoder Shy in Sigourney, Iowa.  He graduated from Pekin High School in 1999.  Justin graduated from Indian Hills Community College with a degree in Laser Technology.  He was employed at Northrup Grumman in St. Charles, MO as a Laser Tech and later as a Travel Technician for Safety Clean.   He was a very good at his job and being detailed oriented is something that was important to him.  Justin was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, family history, and learning about cars.  He enjoyed going to the shooting range and trap shooting clay pigeons.

He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Shy, Grandparents Don and Thelma Shy, Russell and Joyce Yoder, and Joe and Wylodeane Morgan.

He is survived by his parents Pat and James Morgan of Ollie, siblings Adam Morgan of Ottumwa, Jennifer Shy of Greenville, SC, Aaron Morgan of Ottumwa, Amy Dlouhy of Portland, OR, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday April 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ollie Baptist Church.  Visitation will be held one hour before the service.

A memorial fund has been established.​
