Mildred Arlene Clubb

Mildred Arlene Clubb, 88, died October 15, 2022 at the Manor House in Sigourney. She was born October 22, 1933 near Delta to Chas and Katie Bress Morrow.  She graduated from Delta High School and was the valedictorian of her class of 1951. On September 6, 1952 she married Verle Emil Clubb in Sigourney.  She was a homemaker and later was employed at Kingsberry Homes from 1966 -1981, Louis Rich and later at the Manor House. Mildred enjoyed fishing, and had a green thumb with her garden and flowers. After retirement Mildred and Verle enjoyed running their produce stand in Delta.

She was preceded in death by her husband Verle on November 3, 2005, her parents, daughters Laura Clubb, infant daughter Verla Mae Clubb, daughter-in-law Mary Clubb, grandchildren Jessie and Michael Follman, Sandy Clubb, two sisters Wanda Fowler,  Florence Quick and one brother Harold Morrow.

Those left to mourn her passing are her children Arlene (Jim) Linder of Harper, Derrel Clubb of Texas, Carla (Patrick) Adams of Delta. 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and sister Pauline Moon of Ankeny. Sister-in-law Janalene Ingle of Sigourney and brother-in-laws Marvin Clubb and Galen Clubb both of Sigourney.
