Mary Mildred Willson, 95, died August 2, 2011 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney. She was born November 13, 1915 near Hayesville, Iowa to Roscoe Ensign and Belle Stonebraker Beall. She attended Sigourney High School. On January 16, 1932 she married Harold James DeYoung in Lancaster, Missouri he died in 1943. She worked as a housekeeper in the Oskaloosa and Sigourney area. On June 11, 1967 she married Lawrence Willson in Albia, Iowa. They farmed near Russell. Lawrence died in 1995.After his death she moved to Sigourney in 1995.
She was a member of the Sigourney Christian Church, former president of the C.W.F. and a member of the Scattergood Club.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, two grandchildren, three sisters Cleo Seaba, Levita Kerkove, Louise Williams and two brother Theodore (Ted) Beall and Everette (Buck) Beall.
Those left to mourn her passing are four sons Howard (Virginia) DeYoung of Sedalia, Mo. Roger (Phyllis) DeYoung of Knoxville, Charles (Rita) DeYoung of Fisher, IL. Gary (Vickie) Williams of Williamsburg, and a daughter Marilyn (Lyle) Spain of Waterville, KS., 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, many great great grandchildren.
